i felt compelled to create this blog with the thought of all those who have helped me as i continue my journey of cake decorating. if not for those creative minds who were brave enough to put themselves out there i would not have learned so many wonderful things or been as inspired as i am. i am just starting on my path to greatness! 2009 - Space Wedding

CoCoNuts is in love with Simon Pegg!!

He plays Scotty in the new Star Trek movie!!

What else for sweet CoCoNuts than a Star Trek Wedding cake!

I made a small attempt at henna art on this cake - it sucked!

Yes. It. Did.

The characters were a bit bulky as well -
and yes Star Trek nerds I know it is upside down!

This sparked CoCoNuts artistic talents on painting on fondant. She made a gorgeous cake with purple flowers painted with food colors. I will have to see if she can send me a picture and I will post it.
